Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within this window to initiate a return or refund request.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept return or refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Items arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item does not match the description

  • Lost packages due to shipping errors

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Photo or video evidence is required to support your claim

  • Returns must be approved by our support team before shipping the item back

How to Request a Return

  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions before returning the item.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are not issued for returns due to personal preference (e.g., “changed my mind”) unless the item qualifies under one of the eligible reasons above.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% of the total product price may be charged depending on the size and weight of the product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we cover the return shipping.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable or hygienic items (e.g., underwear, cosmetics)

  • Clearance or final sale items
